Refund & Return Policy
- Generally Phoolwa-The Phoolwali doesn't entertain refunds,however, in case a wrong or a defective product has been sent to you, let us to know at the earliest. You can write to us at email@example.com or contact us at +91-9534202992 (08:00 AM-08:00 PM, Monday-Sunday).
Phoolwa-The Phoolwali isn't responsible and doesn't guarantee refund for cases where:
- Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift items and preserved things are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to simply accept the delivery.
- Product quality issues caused by improper handling of the item.
- In case we could not deliver the product due to a forced emergency declared at your place or due to some natural calamity occurring at your place.
Phoolwa-The Phoolwali is responsible and we guarantee refund:-
- For cancellations if made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- If we are unable to deliver the product due to a reason that is in our control.
- In the event that we are unable to deliver all or a part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall inform you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment fully.
- Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the client has paid the cash within 24 hours of operating time. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to be seen in your account.
- Offline refund is credited once the client shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 operating days.
